I know you appreciate transparency, honesty and hopefully feedback.
It seems extremely high for only 2oz of tea-then add shipping and it's beyond most of the regular person's budget, especially if you want to reorder. Those who have more disposable income will certainly go for it, but it feels like a shut out for those of us who can't justify it.
One thing I would love to add, which you know about Range, is that there is nothing more important to me than accessibility. I offer financial assistance to hundreds of people around the world without a single question because I believe wholeheartedly in creating accessible and inclusive movement environments. This is a choice that I make for myself. A choice that I also make for myself is to make sure that the small businesses that I choose to collaborate with are supported for their efforts and art. This bag of tea is not just tea…it supports 10 small businesses and I will ALWAYS advocate for small businesses as they are the soul of our communities.
I am always open to feedback! However, I would really love to explain this because I am genuinely shocked to receive a message of this kind!
The bag itself is filled with roughly 32 servings if generously scooped. All of these herbs were sourced from local Vermont farms, the packaging is all from recycled material, the spoon it comes with was hand carved by a man in a small village in Malaysia and Claire has created, mixed and packaged all with her own two hands and it arrives with a letterpress note of our story! The reality of shipping is that it has become incredibly expensive and we were not able to accommodate free shipping as two incredibly small businesses! I sincerely hope you understand.
This is our first run of this tea and we wanted to create an elevated experience to make it feel oh, so special. Claire is already exploring a slighter smaller size, with different packaging, to make it even more accessible in the future.
I am such an unorganized person typically but had my alarm set to get some! Just placed my order, with a couple other goodies from Elements Aligned. I can’t wait to try it. What a wonderful idea! Thanks, Kara❤️☕️
